Pattern Bundle - Sunny and Friends
This is a pattern bundle including the "Sunny the Sunflower" pattern and the "Friends of Sunny: Choose Your Own Adventure" pattern.
The "Friends of Sunny: Choose Your Own Adventure" pattern includes a base body pattern similar to my "Sunny the Sunflower Dragon" pattern and 28 different add-on option to make different creatures. 16 of the add-on's were made by me and used to make the 4 creatures featured in the pattern: a Chinese dragon, gargoyle, sea dragon and dinosaur. My amazing pattern testers have made another 12 add-on options available for you to use, some of which are in the pattern file and some are found on their Instagram.
The "Sunny the Sunflower Dragon" pattern includes instructions for how to make Sunny with or without using wire in the petals. This allows you to make both a cuddly version of Sunny and one that is ideal for display and posing in pictures. Sunny can be made in different yarn types, and the pattern includes instructions for where you might need to account for differences in yarn or your personal tension and techniques to make sure you get a great final product every time.
This digital pattern bundle is targeted at INTERMEDIATE crocheters, but I would say adventurous beginners would also be able to make this pattern if instructions are read and followed carefully. This amigurumi pattern is written in ENGLISH and uses US CROCHET TERMINOLOGY. Descriptions for all stitches are not included in the pattern but can be found online.
The pattern includes techniques such as crocheting pieces together, including wire, sewing, and creating short rows. All these techniques are taught using detailed step-by-step pictures and are very valuable skills that will take your crochet work to the next level. The pattern is mostly worked in a spiral with the exception of the petals which are worked in rows.
The creatures can be made in different yarn types, and the pattern includes instructions for where you might need to account for differences in yarn or your personal tension and techniques to make sure you get a great final product every time.
